• Whether dyslexia has previously been identified or suspected

• Any prior evaluation or intervention information

• Whether you are seeking evaluation, therapy, or help deciding on next steps

• Your general location and preference for virtual or in-person services

• School, district, or organization name

• Intended audience and estimated number of participants

• Desired topic, outcomes, and approximate session length

• Preferred dates or planning timeframe
