TJ Feth is an educator and literacy specialist who brings an unusually broad range of experience to his work with students, families, and schools. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, TJ has also served as a police officer and construction manager—experiences that strengthened his commitment to service, problem-solving, perseverance, and practical results.

TJ holds a master’s degree in math education and has completed more than 30 additional graduate hours in special education. As a Certified Academic Language Practitioner (CALP), he specializes in structured literacy, dyslexia evaluation, and individualized reading intervention.

TJ is trained in Take Flight: A Comprehensive Intervention for Students with Dyslexia, Build: A K-1 Early Reading Intervention, and Jet: A Fast-Paced Reading Intervention—curricula developed by the Luke Waites Center for Dyslexia and Learning Disorders at Scottish Rite for Children.

His approach is direct, compassionate, and evidence-aligned. TJ works to help learners understand that reading difficulty is not a measure of intelligence, identify the instruction they need, build durable literacy skills, and grow in confidence as students and self-advocates.
